Had too many snowed-in cookies?

If you're anything like me, this snowstorm made your oven go into overdrive. Cookies were made, bread was baked, and cakes were iced. Don't worry - we all did it (and will still do it for a couple more days I think).

If your snowed-in eating is starting to make you feel a bit guilty, why don't you check out this event that I just heard about sponsored by Roy's and the MAC (Maryland Athletic Club) this Thursday February 11th from 5:30-7:30pm at the MAC in Harbor East (655 President Street). They will be hosting an event to encourage healthy eating. A personal trainer from the MAC will talk about mindful eating, while Roy's Executive Chef, Ray Eugenio, will provide a cooking demonstration.

Admission is $45 per person and you don't have to be a member of the MAC to attend. if you are interested, contact Sarah Stauber at 410-625-5000 x1108 or sstauber@macwellness.com

Here is the menu for the night. I must say, if this is mindful eating, sign me up!!!!! YUM!
