o An excellent source of protein, crab contains important minerals and amino acids.
o Crab is also low in calories, cholesterol and fat.
Dungeness Crab is a tender white meat, known for a delicate, sweet flavor.
o Fun Fact: The estimated life span of the Dungeness crab is between eight and 13 years.

King Crab is known for meaty claws and legs and a full, rich flavor.
o Fun Fact: The size of a King crab can be up to six feet from toe to toe.
