You have trained for months
Race day is finally here
Good luck, you'll do great!
The Baltimore Running Festival is finally here! I am so sad that I didn't sign up for anything, as it's really becoming a big deal here in Baltimore, which is great!
So are you running? I know that Beth is running the 5K and Jen is running the Marathon! Good luck to you both!!!!!!!!!!!
And, because this is a food blog - what are your pre-race dinners? Are you making pasta at home or going out for your carbo-loading? The last time I did a half marathon I ate chipotle for lunch and then went out and had a huge spaghetti and meatball dinner AHAHAHAHA. I may have overdone it a bit :)
GOOD LUCK TO ALL YOU RUNNERS!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for the well wishes Nakiya! I would love to think I'm going to have a rockin time like you had on your last 5K, but in reality, since this is my first race, I just want to finish!
I'm eating cauliflower gratin tonight for dinner, with a side of chicken...or bacon!
Beth - Just have fun and don't worry about your time! I am sure you'll do great :)
Also, cauliflower gratin sounds awesome - are you going to blog about it?!?!?! :)
Thanks so much, Nakiya. I didn't know you were a runner - great stuff! What distance races did you like?
I think I've already overdone it food-wise today; I'm feeling pretty full! But tonight, I'm going to a big dinner with Back On My Feet, my running group. Pasta, bread, salads, desserts - I'm eating it all! YEA!
Jen - That's great you have a running group, is this your first marathon? I hope to run one next year and think that having a running group is the way to go.
I do a lot of 5K's but I've done 3 half marathons, which is probably my favorite distance to do.
