How are your resolutions?
Are they sticking yet?
Ugh, doesn't the first week of anything (besides vacation) SUCK? It's so hard to change up a routine, but always so gratifying once it sticks.
Good luck to everyone out there who is trying to make a healthy change! I'm not worrying about diets while I get back into running...but considering I ate 1,000lbs of M&Ms yesterday at work, maybe I should do something about that ahahahah
