Cooking Classes at Dogwood Restaurant

Thanks to my fellow Baltimore blogger, Lauren, over at athlEAT I discovered that The Dogwood provides monthly cooking classes!!!! She recently went to the one featuring food from New Orleans and it looked like a blast!

I looked through the menu and I think the Irish class looks great too, and it's coming up soon (March 13th to be exact)!

Here is the menu:

Course 1:Caramelized onion and Murphy Stout Soup
Course 2:Hearty Lamb Stew
Course 3:Smoked Salmon on Oatmeal Pancakes
Course 4:Irish whiskey cake

I LOVE stews and soups and pancakes and cake and heartiness!!!!
