Valentine’s Specials at Radisson Hotel at Cross Keys

The Radisson Hotel at Cross Keys has a bunch of specials for the Valentine’s Day weekend. Here are some to keep in mind:

Hotel Packages

Do you want to have a romantic weekend away from the kids, but not go so far away? Then how about some Hotel packages? Overnight packages available for Saturday and Sunday start at $145 for the room, breakfast and some romantic treats (ooooh I wonder what those are. Chocolate. I hope lots of chocolate. Chocolate covered strawberries would be the best though!). They also have a $209 overnight package that includes the room, breakfast, dinner for two (at their own Crossroads Restaurant) and the special treats!! Or you can choose a $179 package for Saturday night that would include the room and the Sunday Jazz Brunch for two (more on that further down)

Wine Wednesdays, February 10th, 6:30-8:30pm

I’ve mentioned Wine Wednesdays on my blog before, and this time Boordy Vineyards, Maryland’s oldest family run winery, is the host. Come to the Crossroads Lounge to sample Boordy wines (cabernet, chardonnay, seyval blanc, port and others) as well as some specially made appetizers for pairing.

Crossroads Restaurant, located in the Hotel is offering a Valentine’s dinner menu Friday- Sunday for $50 a couple. The dinner includes:

Sunday Jazz Brunch, February 14th, 11AM-2:30PM

For $24.95/person they are offering an omelet station, salmon carving station, fresh fruit, pastries, lasagna, cheese blintzes, and more (wow! I wonder what ELSE there could possibly be!) For an additional charge, you can also make some romantic toasts with the help of their champagne, Bloody Mary, and mimosa bar will. While you eat, L’Tanya Mari, a singer/songwriter who is nominated for three Washington area awards including best jazz vocalist and best jazzrecording, will be performing live jazz. How lovely and romantic!
