I saw this picture on The Kitchn today and it immediately made me regret my boring lunch of a frozen meal. I don't even know what half of the stuff in the picture is, but I am still sitting here salivating.

After having an amazing week filled with the yummiest of meals, I am trying to eat "lightly" in order to balance things out. The Blog world is not helping me out with my good intentions.
