We've Hit the Jackpot, Ladies and Gents
We now, collectively, have the recipe to Kaddo Borwani, or the Baked Pumpkin I loved so much when I went to The Helmand last month.

To answer your question - I only buy 1 can of artichoke hearts (I'm not sure what size as it only comes in 1 size and probably has about 10 hearts in it or so- i get it at Trader Joe's). Then I just use half of them for each recipe!
